I’m looking to find a personal living suite, condo, townhouse, or studio so I can attend University of North Texas. Searching around for studios in Denton online was a major hassle and I’m curious to what online resources are available for me to find a home there?
Where can someone buy very affordable condos or houses in USA and rent out good enough?
I’m a foreigner and planning to live/invest in real estate in few years.

Hello,
I’m new to Toronto and am looking to buy a condo in the Toronto. Can anybody suggest a good neighborhood to live in. I’m looking for an area somewhere in between the burbs and downtown, a safe area to walk around at night, easy access to Subway, and a budget of around $200K.
Are condos a good investment in the current housing slump?

Looking at homes and condos/townhomes. Have found some very reasonable prices for both but condos seem to be cheaper than homes by an average of 25 to 30 thousand dollars.
