I recently moved to Bahrain and plan on living here at least for 5 years. I have a condo in Toronto as well as credit cards and I have filed as a non-resident Canadian, so I need a good tax advisor to tell me if what i am doing is right but he/she has to be reputable, know of any?

Hi! I had a great response for my last question so I thought I’d ask another…
I’m from Toronto, Canada and I was thinking of buying a rental condo in a ski/summer resort in northern Ontario (Blue Mountain). I’ve looked at getting rental property in Toronto but its a huge glut of condos now. What’s the rental demand up there? Are there lots of problems with renters? Is global warming a big issue? Are there any problems with Intrawest as property managers? Any guidance is greatly appreciated!!

Hello,

I’m new to Toronto and am looking to buy a condo in the Toronto. Can anybody suggest a good neighborhood to live in. I’m looking for an area somewhere in between the burbs and downtown, a safe area to walk around at night, easy access to Subway, and a budget of around $200K.

Looking at homes and condos/townhomes. Have found some very reasonable prices for both but condos seem to be cheaper than homes by an average of 25 to 30 thousand dollars.
