Accomodation suggestions in downtown toronto?

i’m gonna have a 2 weeks’ stay from late dec to jan. Does anyone know some agreeable accomodations in downtown area?
I’m not really into Hotels, looking for condos and apartments.
how can I find investors that are interested in building condos?
I would like to build some lake condos at the lake. there is none at this time and in big demand. I have resurched properties and land. I just need to find investors.

I have a noodle and a thick water belt that you use for water aerobics but they look childish, I want something discreet as I am an adult.
I know how to swim I just want to be able to stand up and breath or rest.
Is there any way to find the price that other condos sold for in the same complex?

Looking to buy a condo and wondering if there was any way to find out what the other condos in the same complex sold for. The agent told me they were sold for a lower teaser rate about 40k less than what they are listed now. But I was wondering if there was any website I could find the sold price of the other condos.
