1. Which are the best places/websites to search for a good loft/1 bedroom condo/apartment in downtown Toronto ($200K – $250K range)
2. How much would it cost (approximate) to live in downtown Toronto (single person, rented 1 bedroom apartment)?

May 2009. The completion of the first five floors marks yet another significant development in the ongoing construction of Toronto’s Trump International Hotel & Tower. When the installation of the automatic-climbing-system is complete in early June, the tower will begin rising at a rate of approximately one floor every 7-10 days. The building’s post-tension slab construction provides greater core strength and reduces the weight and size of the slabs required, allowing for thinner support columns and ultimately creating wide-open, spacious floor-plans for residents of the building. A limited number of residential suites still remain available for sale and are priced from $2-million CAD.
Anyone else in Toronto, Canada having issues with Rogers right now?

Couldnt make a call on my cell around 6:00pm to save my life, network wouldnt allow any calls at all. Now my internet keeps cutting in and out (I live in a condo so its def not the hard line to the building). Anyone else in my general area experiancing the same kind of problems?
