Condo auctions come to Chicago’s Gold Coast

For the first time in about 20 years, condos in Chicago’s Gold Coast will go up for auction in late April 2010. Joe Askins of YoChicago.com recently visited the 1400 North Lake Shore high-rise to meet Jameson Real Estate CEO Chris Feurer and auctioneer Michael Fine of Fine & Co to discuss the auction of as many as 30 converted condos.
