good time to put a condo on a market?

Living in Toronto, looking to sell my current condo. When would be the good time to put it on a market? July? September? November? Any good reasons behind it?
Now. Families like to be moved in before school starts in Sept.
No one house hunts during the Holidays so forget Nov.
March and April in a balanced market. Traditionaly this is the time of year when the sales start to increase.
