Do I have to pay capital gain tax when I sell my home?

Hi, I bought a condo in Toronto, Canada, in 1998. My ex and I lived in it for a year. In 1999, we rented the property. Various tenants stayed in the property. The last tenant left at the beginning of 2010. I now moved in the condo. If I sell the property next year, do I need to pay capital gain tax?

Any information is highly appreciated.

Thanks

Cheers
