How much do condos in John Hancock Center cost?
I’m in the market for a cnodo in Chicago, and would love to be downtown. But before I set an appointment at the JH Center to view condos I want to make sure I’m not totally out of my price range. Anyone know how much a studio,or one-bedroom costs? I know 2-bedrooms run around 400-450. Thanks!
A 2 bedroom on the 64 floor just sold for $467,000, they were asking $490,000. Not many 1 bedrooms come on market but they range from $189,000 on craigslist to $239,000 through a broker (Yoki). Good luck!
