over $8B at this day and age is an insanity. They will never make their money back. Beautifull buildings and very luxurious but totally out of touch with reality and absolutly insane.

When i was in Vegas, i was told by many cab drivers and hotel workers that there was alot of lives lost during the building of these hotels.

this project will work and be profitable & they did not get bailed out by the emirates they partnered with them. Condo sales will probably not do as well as well as first thought but this is a defining moment in Vegas strip properties. Can’t wait to see it finished

this will never be profitable it will be the worlds largest money pit! they had to get bailed out by the emirates and willstruggle to make it pay. the prices will be too high
