Central Park West

This is a condo project in Irvine, CA that was mothballed by Lennar in November 2007. The project is just sitting … although the grounds are maintained, the fountains are running, and there is plenty of securty.
I inspected this park west 1 month ago. It is just horrible. Thanks for video

That’s weird. I could see why exurbs would be deserted, but this looks like its in town.
At one time, they probably thought they would get prices like condos on the real Central Park West.
When did they drop the neutron bomb?
I drive by this project everyday that I go into the office. It’s all true.
Kinda creepy. Nobody around, like a scene from some post-apocalyptic movie.
